Who are we looking for?

- Experience with Windows Server implementation and support, including exposure or management of Active Directory and Azure AD.
- A person who is familiar with the following systems, virtualized environments (mainly VMWare), TCP/IP concepts, Office 365, and VDI technologies. Holding a bachelor’s in an IT-related course is considered an asset.
- Someone with sound knowledge in the following technologies – Microsoft 365, Windows Servers, Cisco Networking & security, as well as cloud environments. Certifications from Microsoft, Dell, Cisco or similar technologies are considered an asset.
- An individual who has 2-4 years of experience in a systems-oriented role.
- An individual with a valid Driving B Licence.
How can you help us?
- You will be responsible for expertly researching and identifying solutions to a wide range of systems-related issues.
- Handle all customer issues using Raiseaticket to provide operational support and prompt responses to inquiries and incidents, while keeping within the parameters of customer SLA’s. Maintain the ability to manage and prioritize multiple issues simultaneously.
- Engage with customers through targeted questioning to comprehend the root cause of issues and solve such issues in a timely manner.
- Implement, monitor, and enhance processes, procedures, and activities for optimal availability and support within client environments.
- Conduct change management according to established processes.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and fault diagnosis, including root cause analysis. Ensure client IT systems are fully operational post-troubleshooting through diligent follow-ups.
- Analyse vendor notifications and bugs with an analytical approach.
- Accurately document task timings as well as maintain documentation for both internal and external projects and systems.
- Enhance the customers experience through continuous improvement, including the acquisition of relevant certifications as required.
