Who are we looking for?
As Business Sales Support, you will manage daily communications with customers, process quotations and orders, and coordinate with the Logistics and Administration teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Additionally, the role involves maintaining vendor relationships for ongoing renewals and new customer projects, prioritizing multiple requests, and following up with clients to ensure their needs are met efficiently.
- Someone with previous experience in a similar role within the tech industry.
- An individual that is driven and motivated by targets and goals.
- An innovative thinker with confidence to express their ideas and see them through to completion within a supportive team atmosphere.
- You can prioritize and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
- Certifications and experience in Dell, Veeam, VMware, Cisco, Microsoft or similar technologies is a plus.
- You are a team player.
- You possess the ability to give a professional approach towards customer relationships by responding to their requests in a timely and considerate manner.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, an individual that can communicate effectively, in both written and verbal English.
- An individual with a valid Driving B Licence.
How can you help us?
- Be responsible for handling daily communications with customers to assist the sales team with quotation processing, and processing of confirmed customer orders.
- Liase with Logistics and Administration teams to ensure the seamless co-ordination of orders and deliveries.
- Be responsible for new and existing vendor relationships, with a focus on tracking customer renewals and registering new customer projects.
- Proactively follow up with clients in relation to orders, open projects and pending quotations.
- Enhance customer experience through continuous improvement.
- Responsible for protecting customer and company information, following security protocols, reporting security incidents, staying informed about security threats, and undergoing training to ensure data confidentiality and integrity.
