WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design, Implement, and Optimize: Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of cutting-edge ICT server and storage solutions, ensuring seamless performance and efficiency for our clients.
- Stay Ahead of Technology: Keep up-to-date with the latest server and storage innovations, deploying and supporting the best solutions at our end customers.
- Hands-On System Support: Provide hands-on system maintenance and administration for Server and Storage Solutions, including VMware ESXi, Linux, and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Multi-Task and Prioritize: Manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring fast, effective responses to customer needs.
- Vendor and Patch Management: Coordinate vendor notifications, manage patches, and oversee updates to ensure minimal disruption and maximum system performance.
- Troubleshooting and Post-Support: Resolve client issues remotely and follow up to ensure systems are fully functional after troubleshooting, tracking all issues accurately in the process.
- Continuous Learning and Improvement: Research new technologies, earn certifications, and continuously improve your skills to bring the best solutions to our clients.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring a positive and collaborative environment.
- Adaptable Support: Take on any additional responsibilities that align with your competencies, supporting the team and company’s success.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Innovation and Problem Solving: A creative, open-minded individual who thrives on bringing ideas to life and tackling challenges head-on.
- Customer-Focused Professional: A team player who builds strong, professional relationships with customers, responding to their needs in a timely and thoughtful manner.
- Experienced and Skilled: 3-5 years in a similar role with strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
- Experience with Dell or other vendor technologies: Storage solutions and server operating systems (Windows/Linux) is a plus.
- Clear Communicator: Effective in both written and spoken English, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
- Tech-Savvy and Certified: Familiarity with virtualized environments (mainly VMware), backup solutions, networking, and relevant certifications are a bonus. A Bachelor’s degree in IT is preferred.
- Driving License: A valid B Driving License is required.
