WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Solve System Challenges: Dive into research and troubleshoot complex system issues, delivering effective solutions that keep things running smoothly.
  • Provide Top-Notch Support: Tackle customer inquiries and incidents through the Raiseaticket system, ensuring fast, reliable responses while meeting SLA commitments.
  • Engage and Resolve: Work closely with customers to identify root causes and resolve issues quickly, turning challenges into success stories.
  • Optimize Processes: Refine and enhance workflows, ensuring systems stay efficient, reliable, and ready to support client needs.
  • Lead Change Management: Handle system changes with precision, following established protocols every step of the way.
  • Master Troubleshooting: Resolve advanced technical problems through thorough analysis and ensure systems are fully operational after every fix.
  • Think Ahead: Analyze vendor updates and bugs proactively, keeping systems updated and protected.
  • Document with Purpose: Maintain clear, accurate records of your work, creating documentation that benefits both internal teams and external clients.
  • Elevate Customer Experiences: Continuously improve support processes and expand your skills with certifications to better meet customer needs.
  • Own High-Level Issues: Take charge of resolving Level 3 and Level 4 system challenges, bringing expertise to the toughest problems.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, VMWare, TCP/IP, Office 365, and VDI.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A knack for troubleshooting and finding creative solutions.
  • Strong Communication: The ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • A Growth Mindset: A desire to continuously learn and develop.
  • A Valid Driving License: For occasional client visits.
  • Bonus Points:
    • Certifications from Microsoft, Dell, Cisco, or similar.
    • Experience with cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS).
